Shipping Information
Urban Galleries normally ships orders using FedEx or UPS¹.
Once dispatched, we will send you an email advising you of shipping agent, tracking reference and date / time of dispatch.
Orders shipped within Canada or within the UK will normally take between 7 and 10 days to reach their destination. Customers in the United States & Europe please bear in mind that cross border trade may incur delays due to customs.
Orders for artworks where stock availability is listed as ‘On Order’ will require additional shipping time. We will advise you of the expected shipping time when we confirm your order.
All shipments should be checked for damages prior to acceptance from courier personnel. If there is evidence from the packaging that there is possible damage, please refuse delivery and contact us as soon as possible.
If you have any particular shipping requirements (e.g. specific day or time), please advise us of this in the ‘Other Delivery Information’ field on the ‘Delivery Details’ page when making your order, or contact us if you have any questions. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Canada
For delivery within Canada orders will be shipped by UPS or Fedex Ground. If you require expedited delivery via Air, please contact us for details - additional charges apply.
We will charge the following flat-fees based on locaton²:

Europe
Shipping to our listed European shipping destinations is charged a flat fee of €75.
Additional shipping costs may apply for stock items shipped from Canada to Europe.
United Kingdom
Shipping within mainland England, Scotland and Wales is charged a flat fee of £25. Please contact us regarding rates for Northern Ireland and offshore islands.
Additional shipping costs may apply for stock items shipped from Canada to the UK.
United States
For delivery within the United States² we charge a flat fee of $60.00 per order - additional shipping costs may apply for multiple item orders.
