We recognise that on occasion you may change your mind or receive an item and find it unsuitable. We have therefore made our returns policy as straightforward as possible for you.

Provided that you contact us within 14 days from receipt of goods we are happy to consider a refund or exchange, for the product purchased. The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging. We will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund.

Urban Galleries reserves the right to charge an administration / restocking fee for any items returned. This fee will not normally exceed 10% of amount to be refunded.

Returns are to be made via courier collection. We will email you with further instructions and arrangements for the goods to be collected. In the case of unwanted goods the cost of return courier will be deducted from the refund amount.

A refund of the initial delivery charge will only be made for goods damaged in transit from Urban Galleries to the recipient. We cannot make representations to the courier if goods have been signed for and accepted as delivered in good condition.

To return an item please complete our online returns form, providing details of the item and reason for return.

Note: We supply our prints wrapped in clear protective cellophane - and we cannot accept returns of artworks where the security seal is broken or for original works that have been commissioned.
