Roger Hutchings

‘Hutch’ is the familiar nickname used by established artist Roger Hutchings. Well known for his curved angles, soft rounded shapes and the use of a distinctive colour to highlight his obvious stars.

His popular feline and canine characters are often caught in compromising positions, and their expressions of abject innocence are totally endearing.

The perfectly titled ‘Mischief Makers’ is a great example of Hutch’s amiable characters – they watch ‘us’ with a kiddish, yet inquisitive stare - just as our own companions of choice do.

Hutch lives in the historical spa city of Bath.
