Paul Horton is a twice finalist of the Fine Art Trade Guild ‘Best Up & Coming Published Artist’ award, and finalist of the ‘Best-selling Published Artist’ award.

He is described as a modern-day Lowry, and is one of the original talents at the forefront of the movement for commercial British art.

Paul Horton draws upon his Midlands background for inspiration and produces work that is both humorous and inventive. His images contain universal themes that appeal to people of all ages, in all walks of life.
