Govinder Nazran

Govinder’s success was confirmed when he was awarded ‘Best-selling Published Artist’ at the Art and Framing Industry Awards 2004.

His unique style of part defined, part abstract images comes from applying oil blocks to canvas using only his fingers; brushes are excluded in his creative process.

Many of Govinder’s paintings concern good and evil. He has just one request of the viewer: “See love and happiness or death and the Devil, it doesn’t matter so long as you see something and connect with it.”

A self-confessed optimist, Govinder lives in West Yorkshire, England with his wife and daughter, his most fierce critics!
