Drew Darcy

As well as creating stylish works of art, Drew Darcy has a passion for music and his guitar, which he cites as one of his many inspirations along with fashion, design, film, photography and advertising.

Influenced by 20th century artists such as Francis Bacon, Edward Hopper and Gerhard Richter, Drew Darcy developed a contemporary visualisation of the classic approach.

His sophisticated figurative paintings evoke a modern feeling of space, time and light whilst also providing a feeling of movement and realism with his subjects.
