The successful launch of Urban Galleries is just the first milestone for me. Almost two years in the planning and development, the project really has been a labour of love.

It’s my ambition to take Urban Galleries further than the average art website. I really want to develop a destination service that provides a real interaction, not just a site that sells paintings.

My focus will be managing and developing the customer and service aspects of Urban Galleries; ensuring that we develop strong relationships, and feeding this through to our operations and day to day business activities.

I want to know our clients and for them to know us - this is a two way process and for me it's about building trust. Every aspect of Urban Galleries has been created with our clients in mind.

Born in the Midlands, England, my background has always been focused on developing successful businesses and providing exceptional customer care. This combined with my family background in original art - my Mother was an accomplished watercolour artist - is a perfect synergy for me.

Most recently I have managed a successful publishing company and worked with emerging and established businesses in the UK providing trouble shooting skills and wide-ranging business support.
